One to One Coaching

Some people just need a short course to address a lack of skills in a specific area and then they are fine. But what if you need to dig a bit deeper?

Perhaps you’ve tried self-improvement books, short courses, asking your friends and just old-fashioned ‘working harder’? Perhaps you’ve done all this and your business is still not really delivering for you. In fact, you’re just plain tired of trying to work out what it is that you’re not doing right. The trouble is, you don’t know what you don’t know.

This is where one to one coaching can really help you.

At Tadpole Training, we offer 3 different ways of working with a professional coach:

This is literally coaching when you need it – available to buy in 1 hour chunks

Structured Coaching

We have two structured 6 month coaching programmes which focuses on growing your business from the perspective of increasing your sales – probably one of the things you still find mysterious or intimidating. It helps you become accountable and that means you take action – the sort of action that gets results. It uses proven methods that have worked for other clients and is based on sales trainer Janet Efere’s years of sales experience in the commercial world.

Please take a look at the FAQ section too, because that answers most of the questions you are likely to have. There are 2 versions of the programme which you can choose from, depending on how quickly you want to see results. At the end, you have the choice to either extend it or to go onto a ‘maintenance’ programme to ensure you keep up the momentum but without such a large commitment.

Option 1 – High Achievers 

“I don’t have time to muck around – I want my coach when I want my coach”

This option is for mavericks who work best outside of a routine or who want to move extraordinarily fast. It’s also for those who prefer not to wait until a scheduled appointment to move forward, because they have their own schedule. 

Your coaching calls are made when you want them, for as long as you want them for up to 3 full hours per month (and yes, we can do more than 3 hours per month and we’ll rate that time accordingly). You can choose how to receive this coaching – 6 x 30 minutes, 1 x 3 hours, or some other combination – whatever suits you. Note, to keep you on track, your time does not roll over into the next month, so use it!

Option 2 – Fast Track

This programme is for people who are in a hurry to get tangible results and who require assistance through strategic planning, collaboration and brainstorming sessions. There is built in accountability and timed assignments to be completed after each coaching session, for maximum results.

With this option you get a 3 hour deep dive session to start you off with power, then 2 scheduled 50 minute calls per month. With this option you get moving quickly, stay on track and eliminate any obstacles that are currently in your way. The focus is on getting you more business than you would on your own

Both options include access to our GiraffePad E-learning academy where you will be given both tailored content and access to a library of valuable resources such as videos, exercises and information.

4 week Mini-coaching

 Have you ever thought to yourself that you don’t need a whole coaching programme and the hefty price tag that accompanies it, but there is something you need to sort out in your business and you just wish you had someone to talk with?

This is a super-affordable option for you if you have a particular project, challenge or area you want to upskill. Popular topics for mini coaching include:

  • Making your LinkedIn profile more customer attractive
  • Raising conversion rates from leads

How it works: 

It is all about achieving results quickly so you get: 

  • 4 x consecutive weekly sessions of one hour
  • 4 x weekly 10 minute accountability sessions to make sure you have done what you said you would!

HOHO Coaching 

HOHO Coaching – why is it called that?

Well just like a bus, where you can ‘Hop On Hop Off’ as you want it, sometimes you just need coaching when you need it. Let’s face it, you can’t always anticipate in advance when you will need a bit more help. So HOHO Coaching is just that – you get coaching when you need it and ONLY when you need it. You are in control – you might want one session every 6 months, one every 3 months or maybe several sessions in a row and then nothing for another year!!!

It really doesn’t matter.

But you get the reassurance of working with someone who will understand you, your business and how you work so you don’t have to reintroduce yourself all over again each time. Time is money and we will crack straight on with whatever matters to you.

This is a popular option with small business owners who are super busy, but need help with a particular issue. It is often most effective as a ‘sense-check’ allowing you to speak with someone outside the business and run through a particular strategy or issue where there is no one else you can talk with who will ‘get it’.

How it works:

You simply book your session and complete a short questionnaire so we know what you want to cover. Then you have your one hour coaching session delivered virtually.
