I can safely say…… Janet from Tadpole has again provided some much needed training to our new sales team members. Her delivery method is reassuring and she works with each delegate to make sure they understand the training and development guidance being provided. There are already positive signs within our office, with a couple of refined processes now in place, put forward by the team members who recently attended the Tadpole Training course. As we grow our new team members will all receive sales training from Janet, regardless of their experience, as the courses available are tailored to suit the delegates’ (and their employers’) needs.
