I attended Janet’s training ‘I’m not a Salesperson’ in March and I would recommend everyone to go on it. She gave me a valuable insight into selling – it was motivating and a great refresher too. When it comes to sales and selling, it is a broad topic but Janet made it simple. I especially valued the role plays, which helped make everything stick and the fact that there is follow up, so just because the course stops, we don’t – we continue to improve.
Janet’s style is very learner orientated, highly interactive and I was particularly impressed that she pro-actively changed things around to address the specific requirements of delegates.
