I have experienced several of Janet’s training sessions, varying from half an hour to a whole day and she always meets her objectives. Her knowledge seems to be endless and she is able to convey that knowledge to others in a very interesting and fun way. Her training sessions are very enjoyable and by the end of each one, she has not only shared invaluable information but has usually integrated an interactive element allowing each person to try out what they have learned. I recently attended Janet’s course called ‘I’m not a Salesperson!’ after it was recommended to me by a friend who had been on an earlier course with Tadpole Training. Janet quickly identified and analysed my underlying reluctance and fears regarding selling and in fact, completely redefined the way I think about it. In two days I have learnt to be price confident, to understand how to present my work to prospective clients and how to interact in a way that will encourage engagement. Janet clearly loves the selling process and delivers with extensive knowledge, understanding, sensitivity and creativity. This was a wholly enjoyable and strengthening process and I have no hesitation in recommending Janet and Tadpole Training to others.
