Perhaps you’ve tried the self-improvement books, the short courses, asking your friends and just old-fashioned ‘working harder’? Perhaps you’ve done all this and your business is still not really delivering for you. In fact, you’re just plain tired of trying to work out what it is that you’re not doing right . The trouble is, you don’t know what you don’t know.
This is where the 7 Steps to Sales Magic can really help you. It is a structured 6 month coaching programme which focuses on growing your business from the perspective of increasing your sales – probably one of the things you still find mysterious or intimidating. It helps you become accountable and that means you take action – the sort of action that gets results. It uses proven methods that have worked for other clients and is based on sales trainer Janet Efere’s years of sales experience in the commercial world.
Please take a look at the FAQ section too, because that answers most of the questions you are likely to have, but there are 2 main versions of the programme which you can chose from, depending on how quickly you want to see results.
Option 1 – High Achievers
“I don’t have time to muck around – I want my coach when I want my coach”
This option is for mavericks who work best outside of a routine or who want to move extraordinarily fast. It’s also for those who prefer not to wait until a scheduled appointment to move forward, because they have their own schedule.
Your coaching calls are made when you want them, for as long as you want them for up to 3 full hours per month (and yes, we can do more than 3 hours per month and we’ll rate that time accordingly). You can choose how to receive this coaching – 6 x 30 minutes, 1 x 3 hours, or some other combination – whatever suits you. Note, to keep you on track, your time does not roll over into the next month, so use it!
Option 2 – Fast Track
This programme is for people who are in a hurry to get tangible results and who require assistance through strategic planning, collaboration and brainstorming sessions. There is built in accountability and timed assignments to be completed after each coaching session, for maximum results.
With this option you get 3 scheduled 50 minute calls per month, to get you moving quickly, stay on track and eliminate any obstacles that are currently in your way. The focus is on getting you more business than you would on your own

About Janet Efere
Born in Kingston Upon Thames, Janet grew up in Woking, Surrey and had a happy childhood featuring lots of swimming and ponies! After trying lots of different jobs, Janet started her formal sales career with Xerox Business Services, working in Croydon, Cambridge and London and selling outsourced document management solutions. She successfully worked in a variety of sales roles and developed expertise within the pharmaceutical, training, software and government sectors.
In 1996 Janet began work with Trans-Atlantic College, a small private college based in Dalston, East London. At the time there were only a handful of students, but using her sales and business development experience, Janet helped to grow the college until, when it closed in 2012, there were over 650 full-time students and thousands of part-time students enrolling every year. Janet was Head of Business Development and was responsible for creating and recruiting a high performing sales and customer service team, ensuring that the College achieved and maintained appropriate accreditation. She was responsible for the Sales and Marketing Strategy and the HR function within the college and helped to deliver training on Interview Skills and Chartered Institute of Management modules on sales and management. This role involved travel overseas – one memorable contract included delivering training to 220 Nigerian government officials in one enormous training session.
Since founding Tadpole Training, Janet discovered a love for helping entrepreneurs and small business owners, many of whom have never sold before. Her wide knowledge means she can relate to the challenges faced by business owners on a day to day business and provide just the solutions they need to overcome their sales fears and concerns.
Academically, Janet has studied with the Chartered Institute of Management, MIT SLOAN, Massachusetts and is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management and an accredited member of the Association of Professional Coaches, Trainers and Consultants.
