Who should attend this course
We could have called this course ‘Selling for the terrified’, but we didn’t want to scare you even more! It is basically sales training designed for those of you who don’t already know about selling. Perhaps you have moved into a new role, or you are an entrepreneur and you have to sell in order to survive and expand. Maybe you have a terrific business but you are scared there won’t be a business if you can’t get some orders and soon!

This course covers all the basic selling skills you need to be successful and sell more, without being pushy or ‘salesy’, including:

The classic sales process
Effective questioning and listening
Understanding what customers really want
Negotiating
Overcoming objections
Closing
How to charge what you are worth
How often have you heard the phrase ‘I’m not a salesperson’? But the reality is that we all need to sell – whether you have your own company, you are trying to get a job or a promotion or you need to put forward a proposal. You probably already know that the best person, proposal or product doesn’t always get chosen – rather it is the one with the most persuasive case that is successful. I have set up my own business, so I need to sell, but I don’t know how

LinkedIn Profile Writing

This is a course with a really simple objective – to get your LinkedIn profile from whatever it is now (OK, not great, poor, rubbish, non-existent) to “All Star”.

We do everything together during the course, so you don’t have to worry about going away and forgetting how to do things. By the time you leave, your brand new beautiful, professional LinkedIn profile will all be there and ready to use. It will be especially useful for you if you have noticed the recent changes to LinkedIn and are not quite sure what they mean or how to use the new version.

All you need is your laptop or tablet. At the end of the 3 hours you will have a really professional LinkedIn Profile and you will know the basics of how to use LinkedIn.
